Warehouse management / Supervisor portal and dashboards

Plan, release, assign and track every job from one portal

One web portal to run the whole site, with dashboards that show what needs attention and take you straight to the work behind each number.

One place to plan, release, assign and track

The supervisor portal is a web application that runs in any modern browser. It covers six areas: inbound, outbound, count, move, inventory and warehouse administration, with a menu that shows people only what their role allows.

  • Create jobs from released pick tickets, receipt notes and requests, or collate several into one.
  • Bulk assign work to operatives in a few clicks.
  • Track status with views by state, search and filters, and see who is doing what.
  • Leaderboards show throughput, so you can recognise good work and spot where help is needed.
  • A full event timeline on every job shows what happened, when and by whom.

Dashboards that tell you what needs attention

Six area dashboards and a single metrics page cover the whole operation, with 36 live KPIs from unassigned and urgent work to accuracy and overdue counts.

  • Your own limits. Set red, amber and green thresholds per warehouse and preview the effect before you save.
  • Click through. Every tile opens the work behind it, so a red number leads straight to the jobs causing it.
  • Always current. Dashboards refresh every 30 seconds.

Run the warehouse from the same screen

Warehouse administration lives in the portal too:

  • Users and roles controlling who can see and do what.
  • Devices, with a two-stage registration: a device requests access and a supervisor approves, rejects or disables it.
  • Locations with status, such as blocked, quarantine or damaged, and pick containers.
  • Settings for operating hours, put-away and slotting rules, count policy, handheld behaviour and wallboards.
  • An integration status page showing messages waiting to go to your ERP, with retry and cancel. See ERP integration.

If you run more than one site, a warehouse selector lets managers switch between them, and each has its own settings, limits and wallboards.

Questions people ask

Can different people see different things?

Yes. The platform uses role-based permissions, and menus show only what each person is allowed to use. See security and hosting.

Is there a mobile version?

The portal is built for desktop and tablet. Operatives use the handheld app for floor work.

Can we change what counts as red or amber?

Yes. KPI limits are set per warehouse and can be changed at any time, with a live preview.
