How much does it cost?
The first call is free. After it we scope the work and give you a clear estimate before anything starts, so there are no surprises. Defined jobs are a fixed fee. Larger or more complex projects are time and materials against an agreed budget, with regular reporting. See what drives the cost of connecting systems.
Do we have to replace our existing systems?
Usually not. Often the best answer is to connect what you have, then modernise the weakest parts in stages, so you keep trading throughout.
How long does a project take?
It depends on scope, but we aim to deliver something useful early. Small integrations can be quick; larger modernisations are broken into stages, each delivering value on its own.
Who owns the code and the data?
You own your data. Terms for bespoke code are agreed in writing at the start, so you know where you stand.
What happens after launch?
We can monitor, support and improve what we build, or hand it over cleanly with documentation to your own team.
Do you work with businesses of our size?
Yes. We focus on organisations with 1 to around 400 employees, and tailor the approach and budget to suit. Most projects are modest, well-defined pieces of work, not large programmes.
