Who we are

HybridStudio Consulting Ltd (Company No. 16324868) is the controller of personal information collected through this website. For anything about your personal information, contact us at privacy@hybridstudio.co.uk. For general enquiries, use hello@hybridstudio.co.uk.

What we collect and why

  • Contact form and emails: your name, email address and message. We use these to reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to take steps to enter a contract with you. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, and steps taken at your request before a contract.
  • Phone and voicemail (if offered): your phone number and any message you leave, used to return your call.
  • Technical data: like most websites, our hosting records basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type when you visit. This is used to keep the site secure and working. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and page views, so we can see which pages are useful.

We do not use your details for marketing unless you ask us to, and we do not sell personal information.

Who we share it with

  • Resend, our email delivery provider, which sends contact form messages and voicemail notifications to us. It is based in the United States.
  • Microsoft Azure, which hosts this website and receives contact form messages before they are emailed to us.
  • Cloudflare, which provides our website analytics (visit and page-view statistics). Cloudflare states that this service does not use cookies or track visitors across sites. It is based in the United States.
  • Google Fonts, which delivers the typeface used on this site. Your IP address is sent to Google when the page loads.
  • Twilio, our telephone provider, if you phone us and leave a voicemail.

Where information is sent outside the UK we rely on approved safeguards.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted. If we work together, records are kept for as long as the law requires, normally six years.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, restrict or object to how we use it, or ask for a copy in a portable form. Email privacy@hybridstudio.co.uk and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

We may update this notice and will change the date above when we do.
