Warehouse management / Live wallboards
Wallboards that show the whole team what is happening right now
Inbound and outbound boards for the floor and the office, updated the moment work changes.
The whole team sees the same picture
Wallboards are big-screen displays for the warehouse floor and the office. They show what is happening right now, so everyone knows what needs doing without asking.
There are two boards:
- Outbound: pick and count jobs, outbound and count metrics, and the value of goods picked.
- Inbound: put-away and move jobs, inbound and move metrics, and the value of goods put away.
What is on the board
- Job lanes that move work through Unassigned, Assigned, In progress, Completed and Failed, so a stalled job is easy to spot.
- A KPI strip and target rings showing how the shift is going against your goals.
- An attention strip that calls out what needs action, such as urgent or overdue work.
- A leaderboard and completed-per-hour chart to show pace through the day.
Live, and tough on bad networks
Updates are pushed to the screen as work changes, so there is no waiting for a refresh. If the connection drops, the board falls back automatically and recovers by itself when the network returns.
Controlled like every other device
Wallboards are registered devices, so only approved screens can show your data. If you have switched an area off for your warehouse, its metrics and job cards are left off the board. See phased rollout.
Questions people ask
What hardware do we need?
Any large screen with a web browser. A low-cost media device or small PC is enough.
Can people interact with it?
Wallboards are for display. Supervisors act on what they see in the supervisor portal.
Can we change what is shown?
Yes. Wallboard settings are held per warehouse, alongside your KPI limits.
